Buluwayo Gourds

Also known as the Garlic Gourds, these baskets are woven by a community of Ndebele women weavers in Bulawayo. They continue to pass down decades of tradition from one artisan woman to another. The production of these baskets allow these women to continue to generate income.

The baskets are all made by hand and are unique and one of a kind, and no two baskets are alike.
